  • Start by Placing An Order

    • Select your favorite products from our online gift shop and add the items to your shopping cart.
    • Personalizing? Don't forget the add-on listed within each product item.
    • When you are done perusing the myriad of delightful options, continue to the 'Check Out' to make your final purchase.
  • Order Submitted for Printing

    • Your order is approved and sent to one of our print providers for processing, printing, and order fulfillment.
    • Personalizing? Please Read the additional details in the FAQ's section on this page.
    • Note: Each 'category' item may have a different print provider and shipped separately. Example: mug items are a different print provider than journals, etc. Please keep this in mind when ordering for birthdays, gifts, special events etc.
  • Print Provider Ships Your Order

    • Regular print processing timeline is 2-7 days depending on the print partner. The average time is 2-3 days. If personalizing, please add 1-2 days.
    • Once processing is complete, the print provider will ship your items directly to you per your selected shipping request; economy, standard, express, etc.
    • Note: Reminder, items may arrive separately and on different dates. Please keep this in mind when ordering for birthdays, gifts, special events etc. Sorry, we cannot refund items that do not arrive by your preferred date.

HOW DO I ADD PERSONALIZATION TO EACH ITEM(S)?

  1. Select the 'Yes, Personalize' check box under each product listing.
  2. Enter the 'Name' in the 'Enter Custom Name' box.
  3. If applicable: Don't forget to add a digital greeting card message to send to the Giftee 🎁
  4. Add to Cart.
  5. Same Item > Multiple Quantity > Different Name for Each > Shipping to the same address > Each item must be entered separately and added to your cart.
  6. Same Item > Multiple Quantity > Different Name & Different Shipping Addresses > Each item must be Ordered Separately!
    Note:
    Multiple addresses cannot be added to the same order.

Personalization Process

  1. Personalization: Once you place your order, we receive notification and a real person customizes the item design and creates a proof. 😁
  2. Personalization Timeline: 24-48hrs (business days).
  3. Proof Completed: you will receive an email with a link to your PROOF for approval.
  4. Upon Proof Approval: your order is submitted to the print provider for regular processing & shipping.

  5. Name Style and Font: as shown on sample. No other options available at this time.

While the average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase), this info may be helpful when planning for gifts, celebrations, etc.

Damages, Printer Errors: In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, print providers offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact the print provider within 14 days of product delivery.

We do our best to offer Free Shipping special rates whenever possible. Items with free shipping are shown at checkout. *Free Shipping is Standard Ground Shipping. It may take a few more days, but worth the savings!

Do all items qualify for Free Shipping? Due to high print production costs, not all items may qualify for Free Shipping specials.

Standard Ground Shipping delivers your products across the United States in 4-8 business days.

Shipping dates are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur based on weather, carrier routes, and other unforeseen factors. Please keep this in mind when placing an order. We cannot refund items that do not arrive by your preferred date.

Can I request a carrier? At this time, we are unable to control who the print provider selects as a carrier.

Our gift shop uses print-on-demand providers, which means that all products are unique and produced when you place an order. This also means that returns, refunds and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, delivery delays (out of our control), or simply changed your mind.

Order Processing Timeline

The production time for an order depends on various factors, including the time of year, product availability, and order size. In general, most orders are processed within 2-7 business days after the order is submitted.

However, it’s important to note that the fulfillment timeframe may vary for each order item based on product category. Example: Mugs are a different print provider than Journals.

How Your Items Are Packaged

Our Print Providers use several different types of packaging, selecting the most appropriate option based on the product type. Extra care is taken to ensure maximum protection of fragile products.

For example: High-quality poly-mailer bags are used for soft products, while cardboard boxes may be used for larger orders. Products that require extra protection will be shipped in padded mailers or cardboard boxes.

Shipping Timeline

Shipping timeline is based on your selected carrier and service ... economy shipping, standard shipping, express delivery, etc.

Tracking & Order Questions

How do I track my order? What if I have a problem with my order, missing, damaged, etc.?

  1. Once your order status updates to “Ready to ship” a shipping notification is sent to the email you provided when placing your order, providing you with the tracking number. Please check your 'junk mail'.
  2. Once your goods are delivered, you will receive an email asking you to rate the order, report errors, missing items, etc. Please check your 'junk mail'.
