Personalized 'NAME' replaces the word 'SHE' on all products unless noted.

HOW DO I ADD PERSONALIZATION TO EACH GIFT ITEM(S)?

  1. Select the 'Yes, Personalize' check box under each product listing.
  2. Enter the 'Name' in the 'Enter Custom Name' box.
  3. If applicable: Don't forget to add a digital greeting card message to send to the Giftee 🎁
  4. Add to Cart.
  5. Same Item > Multiple Quantity > Different Name for Each > Shipping to the same address > Each item must be entered separately and added to your cart.
  6. Same Item > Multiple Quantity > Different Name & Different Shipping Addresses > Each item must be Ordered Separately!
    Note:
    Multiple addresses cannot be added to the same order.

Personalization Process

  1. Personalization: Once you place your order, we receive notification and a real person customizes the item design and creates a proof. 😁
  2. Personalization Timeline: 24-48hrs (business days).
  3. Proof Completed: you will receive an email with a link to your PROOF for approval.
  4. Upon Proof Approval: your order is submitted to the print provider for regular processing & shipping.
    Note: Please see the print provider processing & shipping timeline listed below.
  5. Name Style and Font: as shown on sample. No other options available at this time.

While the average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase), this info may be helpful when planning for gifts, celebrations, etc.

Personalization Refund Policy: No refunds for custom items and personalization. All sales final.

Damages, Printer Errors: In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, print providers offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact the print provider within 14 days of product delivery.
