1. Personalization: Once you place your order, we receive a notification and a real person customizes the item design and creates a proof. 😁
2. Personalization Timeline: 1-2 business days.
3. Proof Completed: you will receive an email with a link to your PROOF for approval.
4. Upon Proof Approval: your order is submitted to the print provider for regular processing & shipping (see Order Process page for further details).
5. Name Style and Font: as shown on sample. No other options available at this time.
6. All Custom Sales Final. Please see refund policy.

While the average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase), this info may be helpful when planning for gifts, celebrations, etc.

Our gift shop uses print-on-demand providers, which means that all products are unique and produced when you place an order. This also means that returns, refunds and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, delivery delays (out of our control), or simply changed your mind.

Personalization Order Note: No refunds for custom-items and personalization (custom name on item, etc.). All sales final.

Damages, Printer Errors: In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, print providers offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact the print provider within 14 days of product delivery. 👉 Use the link sent to your email when your order was SHIPPED. Note: photo proof may be required.
