While the average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high-volume seasons will cause production time to increase), this info may be helpful when planning for gifts, celebrations, etc.

This also means that returns, refunds and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, delivery delays (out of our control), or simply changed your mind.
