Our gift shop uses print-on-demand providers, which means that all products are unique and produced when you place an order. This also means that returns, refunds and exchanges are not supported if you order the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, delivery delays (out of our control), or simply changed your mind.
Personalization Order Note: No refunds for custom-items and personalization (custom name on item, etc.). All sales final.
Damages, Printer Errors: In the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, print providers offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact the print provider within 14 days of product delivery. 👉 Use the link sent to your email when your order was SHIPPED.
